POLICIES

SHIPPING:
We ship orders on Fridays.  Please allow 1 - 4 business days for order processing and an additional 3 - 9 business days for shipping.  All orders are tracked, please refer to your tracking information for more details.  

RETURNS AND REFUNDS:
Unfortunately, we cannot offer returns or refunds on any orders.

CHANGING AN EXISTING ORDER:
We will try to accommodate a change to an existing order 1 hour after the order is placed.  Unfortunately, after that time we cannot change an existing order.  

UNDELIVERED PACKAGES:
If a package is undelivered and returned back to us at HEAL IN COLOUR due to an incorrect address, customer failing to pick up the order from the post office or a failed delivery, the customer is responsible for new shipping fees.   

PACKAGES NOT RECEIVED:
HEAL IN COLOUR is not responsible for orders not received once handed over to shipping companies.  All orders are tracked, please contact the relevant shipping company if you have any questions or concerns.
